ELA & Math Tutoring Opportunity for MS Students
Posted on 03/11/2019

Greetings from the Carthage Middle School and the Carthage Grant Office!

We have been able to secure additional funding through our partnership with the YMCA in the Army Youth in Your Neighborhood (AYPYN) grant to offer another session of ELA and Math  tutoring from April 1, 2019 thru May 23, 2019 to middle school students.

The tutoring will be specific to your child's grade level and will be taught in a small group setting. This program is open to all middle school students on a first come, first serve basis. Students can only attend one subject area; either ELA on Monday/Wednesday or Math on Tuesday/Thursday. If your child is attending the current tutoring program, they can not attend the same subject area again.

The program will run from 2:45 PM – 4:15 PM and students will have the option to join in the After-School Enrichment program from 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM and ride the 5:15 bus home. Parents may also opt to pick the students up at 4:15.

All students are provided with a snack and homework time from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM. This program is provided at NO CHARGE to middle school students.

We hope that your student is able to take advantage of this great opportunity. Please fill out the following google link by March 15, 2019.
